HOLIDAY BLUES

All my friends were going away
to places far and wide,
now jealousy is one emotion
i simply can't abide,
but feeling green with envy
I told a small white lie,
I said I was going to Iceland
but was being rather sly,
thinking of my friends abroard
put me in envious mood,
so i said i was going to Iceland....
Well I was, but for frozen food.

I enjoy things that put a smile on my face,
i particularly enjoy a play on words,
I hope this made you smile a little too?
