Dorsey Baker

Alvin

Alvin was only interested in chasing women and gambling.  He had no interest in becoming wealthy like
his wealthy family members.
They'd invite him over, show off their big houses and big cars-but Alvin didn't appreciate that kind of thing.
His wealthy family members couldn't understand!

They wanted him to change his lifestyle.
They didn't particularly want him to become as wealthy and respectable as themselves-they
just wanted him to become miserable-miserable just like themselves!
Alvin seemed so happy with his lifestyle; and that bothered them.

Alvin wondered why they wanted so much!
Alvin felt sorry for his wealthy family members!

They were blessed with so many worldly possessions,
but  they didn't have any happiness!
