Xuan Hy Nguyen

Which town is it?

On top of the column a great man of old days
's still gazing at the world and poses with grace
In the lively sphere among his feet
Strangers get to his heroic deed

foreigner's will is broken by icy wind
still they admire the bagpiper - almost extinct
A very famous wheel on the riverside
will show them human made beauty at night

At a crossing a man is warning his group
"Here Mr. Death rushes from the right!"
In men's eyes envy slowly grew
since they've lost their wives in Lilly White's

The siren is screaming but is ignored
so many things strangers haven't yet explored
