Carolin Schwab

life's running

Life’s running

Just running through your fingers

Always running

Never pausing

Running running running

You see it

Running

But without you

You’re tired, exhausted

Not running anymore

But where are you

When your life’s running

And you cannot move anyway

It just doesn’t matter

Where’s the difference between

Escaping from your life and

Your life escaping from you

What if you are your life

Your life is you

Is it fleeing from itself

Or are thou

It’s an endless struggle

Between  you and thou

But you’re the same

And there’s no chance to escape

From your own life

Running

Always keeping on running

You’ll never be able to be live your life

While being in it

Because one of thou

Will never do the same as

The other does
