Meike Schrut

The well

Our life as a well.
In him rises water if joy takes from us the breath,
it falls if Today courage in despairs.
Take with me Wet in both hands,
respect it,
the fact that it does not dissolve between the fingers too fast.
If the water dries up one day,
if we have forgotten to feed him with our love,
if the life has lost his sense.
