It was freezing that morning and not very nice
when I ran out of spray and couldn’t de-ice
so used my scraper, but “SNAP” it broke,
with fingers numbing I thought what a joke,
so fetched warm water and poured it on
and in a flash, the ice was gone.
Started the engine and began to moan,
as I rushed back inside forgetting my phone,
on coming back out I had to check twice,
as my car had vanished as quick as the ice.
How often this happens, but we still do it.Authors comment
