Bernhard Pappe

Dada’s unfinished poetry (An experiment)

Thoughts are coming
Thoughts are going
Some are caught in a poem
Dragon rides and crash landings
Inner windows often break
Mirrored worlds in shards
Has a devil devils inside?
Feeling normal strangeness
High altar prayers beheading a God
My mind whispering wind words
Guide your love in the right direction
Thoughts - mind under friendly fire
Buried down in a fascination
Life - whatever it is
Heated up in a dark sun
A winter rain falls in love with a summer breeze
What’s the image of a dark mirror?
Listen to the gentle breeze talking about spring
In white shadows of a dark light
No image in a room full of mirrors
Round the world in 80 thoughts
Round the day in 80 worlds
Artificial art is natural
Where are all the words flown I screamed into the wind?
Ring a bell in all this silence
Shades of things
Play it like a rocking machine
How dark is a moon shadow?
Minds crushing thoughts
Thoughts crushing minds
Moon landings in sharp shadows
Civil wars in honeymoons
Blues spells words of a life pray
A guitar master plays a master guitar
Praying to myself
A flying cannonball don’t look back
Machine gun waves crying in waterfalls
Funky clouds in heaven gates
Dancing flames in empty rooms
Life is a cannonball
Shot by shot
Dying for cannonball reasons
Word swords beheading life
River of dreams where is your ocean?
Empty shopping windows in a vampire street
Blooming swords on old memorials
The wind cries Mary and Mary cries back
Day starting – life goes out for a walk
Invisible bluebirds crossing blue skies
Mirrored in mirror balls
The rain takes a bow – a rainbow
Nobody compares to anybody
Spirit in bottles and minds
More question marks than exclamation marks
Heavy horses bark at the moon
Moon dogs bark on the moon
Is there more loneliness on the dark side of the moon?
Superheroes never satisfied
Bardo monsters in life ruins
And my poem is crying for living
