Nature´s Gifts

Magnificence is laid out before me
as I enter the picture above.
The devastating beauty of nature in bloom,
an ideal setting for falling in love.

To walk hand in hand through this garden,
enraptured by all that surrounds.
Soft gentle rustling of the trees overhead,
with birdsong, a multitude of sounds.

The fascinating array of the flowers,
such a rapturous scene to behold.
Designed to dispel all one’s sorrows,
as the rest of the landscape unfolds.

The river reflects the blue of the sky
as it babbles along on it’s way.
To sit on the bank and peer into its depths,
observing aquatics at play.

What more could one ask of an image?
Nature’s ultimate gifts all around,
holding all in such sweet captivation
with visions of beauty and sounds.
