A christmas poem

Once in a cold winter night,

in every window glowed a light.

The children played in the soft snow,

when Santa sneaked up, with his reindeer in tow.

He climbed the many snow-covered roofs,

with the enthusiastic Christmas elf troops.

Santa slid down the fireplace,

while the angels were singing, full of grace.

He puts the presents under the Christmas tree,

and looked at his work, with glee.

Then Santa quickly disappeared,

including his shoes, his coat and his beard.

When the people came back to their warm home,

it was already the time of gloam.

The families got together,

protected from the snowy weather.

The angels came to celebrate,

trough the golden heavens gate.

Santa gave like it always was,

joy and happiness to all of us.
