my bank account at the REISEBANK GERMANY

Can someone please figure out why dangerous persons shortly after that I made this prepaid debit card at the Reisebank Germany received access to it and to every location I used it and whenever I took money with the card shortly afterwards people were told on regional up to national scale that I would be shizophrene and insane ???

And WHO those persons are

And whether it is still active or whether seriously people declared me for DEAD in Europe?


IBAN DE74 8709 6124 0197 1322 13

On MY full name, verified with passport and opened in Germany in summer 2021 shortly after I left Italy.

(Btw. I had given this iban to hipocrite criminals Peter Wilke and mechtild wand seen they pretended to want to help in winter 2021 and summer 2022 but the last time I was able to take money with the card was April 2022.
Then it stopped working or my savings were gone.
