Antonio Justel Rodriguez

IN YOUR LOVE

… loving you
is my black and white bread;
losing you,
the last relic of my soul and life;
… I walk with your breath in my breath,
with your gaze in mine,
and no, neither crosses nor death will be able to tear your love from my hands;

I will be a fixed statue
without time or religion;
I will be dust without space in the lost space,
or laughter, or lament, or nothing;
… but always, always,
I will be something that calls you, dreams of you and loves you.
