Rebecca K.

Blatant carelessness

I ran out of love, that you ran from just barely

Cutting through the fog of exhaustion

Inflicted by bellow and jaring indifference

I trampled your soul without caution

From lack of use my heart is now hollow

Drained by loneliness

My mouth of new found terror floods

With ash and bitterness

As I come to realize what I’ve done

With blatant carelessness

Your life and soul I split in two

Became your villainess.
