Your thoughts are the colors for your picture of your life

Remember
to remain mindful every moment
so that you become aware
if you only use dark colors

for your picture of the world
Because like a painter
you have a paint box
made of differently colored thoughts
and the canvas on which you paint
is your soul
Change your inner attitude
and free your mind
from the prison of dark opinions
choose colorful thoughts
and your mind will blossom
like a lotus flower
no matter how murky the pond
may be

Erinnere Dich
jeden Augenblick
achtsam zu bleiben
damit Dir bewußt wird
wenn Du für Dein Bild von der Welt
nur noch dunkle Farben verwendest
Denn wie ein Maler
hast Du einen Farbkasten
aus unterschiedlich gefärbten Gedanken
und die Leinwand auf der Du malst
ist Deine Seele
Verändere Deine innere Haltung
und befreie Deinen Geist
aus dem Gefängnis finsterer Meinungen
wähle farbenfrohe Gedanken
und Dein Gemüt wird aufblühen
wie eine Lotusblüte
und sei der Teich
noch so trüb

"Auf die Dauer der Zeit, nimmt die Seele die Farbe Deiner Gedanken an"
