The Mystical World Tree
All things are linked — both low and high
I am a leaf upon its bough,
A maid beneath its roots somehow
A sacred well calm at his base
Four stags that nibble, slow with grace
A giant forged from storm and flame,
A crafty dwarf with many a name
A bird that circles far and free,
A god beyond what eyes can see
A serpent between the roots below,
And rot that creeps too faint to show
Within its time, only one breath,
Within its strength, a spark from leth
A leaf that shivers in the light,
A thread that winds in darkest night
I am a leaf upon its limb
I'd like to sing this little hymn
