"Admittedly, it may amuse me to grant you permission to once more catapult your lowborn self into another desperate attempt to please me!"     -> That's Ventrue for `Suck my dick!´  🤣

Disclaimer: No warranties! This is a FICTIONAL e-text, an inspirational file originally intended to become a video game & radio audio tale. But, luckily, I was excluded from society and returned with different priorities.

Note: Indeed, even the cockroaches invading my apartment while the heat keeps me pseudo-catatonic agree: Twisting it all into a homo-erotic and heroin-crazed mess SO SEEMS to be a loser author desperately trying to fit in with the new regime stuff. I think a lot of Varys the Spider recently, and I do not mean eating cockroaches, when running out of flies.

DLC: Yup, the text is cost-free, but the DLC, which happens to be a hastily pasted-in punchline, probably stolen from some website or only half-heartedly recited, will come at a cost of 500 bitcoin! Why? It's what I learned in recent decades: The less deserving, the more overpaid.

The tale unfolds:

To label me as one of Prince Olaf Brockman's loyalists is akin to suggesting that the Devil's attempt to violate God's butthole could somehow be construed as love. Some may willingly embrace this notion, driven by their delusions & desires. Yet, the majority will recognize that enduring the tumult of the Banu Haqim onslaught and its aftermath exacted a heavy toll on all involved factions. Long before that conflict escalated, I bore the mark of a Pariah, a title thrust upon me by the very chaos that ensued. The Sabbat remained a formidable force, the Betrayed had yet to taste their betrayal, and Baron Thomas Hillenbrandt, a remnant of the Otto von Bismarck lineage, had not yet succumbed to the grip of addiction and domination, his will reduced to that of a puppet for the Kuei-Jin. Indeed, I once found myself at odds with Ming Xiao; Yet the depths of despair wreaked by other Kuei-Jin could have been far more profound.

Eternal whispers may not settle my debts, and the peculiar freedom of existing on death row brings a certain clarity about the consequences of the future. Yet, my interest lies not in the perceptions of others, as I am well-acquainted with far worse judgments. It seems only just that, were I to wield power, I would condemn a staggering 93% of humanity to suffering without hesitation—no fair trial, no second chances. In the realm of resource wars, the reactionaries, those ensnared by the past or seduced by propaganda, must inevitably be eliminated to clear the path forward.

So, if I do not stand as a loyalist to the fallen Prince, what then am I? Merely one of his experiments, navigating my occult agenda, a thorn in his side as I acknowledge my flaws along the way. Had we relied solely on formula and procedure, we might have emerged as a Ducheski 2.0, a revenant bloodline reborn. Yet, I am certain of one thing: while many deride Prince Brockman as ignorant, a junkie, and a disgrace to the Ventrue and Camarilla—whose name still strikes me as oddly reminiscent of pasta, hence: The Pasta Faction—he faced adversities far worse than those endured by the Nazis at Stalingrad or Israel, when Turkey was manipulated into aggression to sustain the Jihad.

Brockman was a dutiful Camarilla Prince, and not an incompetent one at that. If his flaws held any weight, it would be his German upbringing and the rigid standards of his time that cast shadows upon him. However, I am utterly convinced that the odds were so overwhelmingly stacked against him that his fate was sealed from the start. Surrounded by allies and lackeys, he battled foes at a staggering ratio of at least 20 to 1 on the most favorable nights, leading to his downfall, which likely commenced between the autumn of 2009 and the hostile corporate takeovers in 2011 and 2014. Beyond that, my perspective is limited, as I found myself fully encircled by Assamites, who saw no threat in me, leaving me to languish or perish, rendered insignificant by the tides of fate.

I am, indeed, thaumaturgically inept. Yet, it is worth noting that many Ghouls and Blood Dolls would willingly sacrifice limbs and lives to acquire even a fragment of the Blood-Magic I can wield at a whim. Laughable, really—barely enough to leave a negative impression on any member of the Banu Haqim bloodline. Not that the sheer odds of myself being outnumbered at least 800 to 1 would ever threaten them; They never had to concern themselves with me, but perhaps with whoever dared to make Europe into their Ankaran Sarcophagus. A prophet's ambition come true! War compromises security, and innate opportunism allowed me to get my hands on more blood and lore than would otherwise ever have been possible. Still, exactly that lucky streak also means that someone more powerful wanted me marshalled like that. No need, to fool ourselves about freedom in the chains of blood.

The existence of the Saint Germain bloodline may seem like mere folklore, yet I have gleaned enough knowledge to heed a crucial, clandestine warning regarding the arts of Obfuscation: Trust no rumor, for the true masters of this arcane craft can render the very essence of their lineage so elusive that only figures like Caine, the Devil, or perhaps even God might possess any inkling of it. It is a chilling reality, especially as clans such as the Malkavians, Nosferatu, Setites, and Assamites, along with countless lesser factions, wield the power of Obfuscation with frightening finesse. Ironically amusing, too, is the discomfort it brings to those in the misguided “knowledge is power” club, who seem blissfully unaware of the depths of this truth.

Prince Brockman met his downfall as the conflicts escalated during his reign. The Banu Haqim emerged as a formidable force, and any who survived their relentless assault on both the Camarilla and Sabbat would not be merely impressed by the familiar tricks of Presence and Dominate. This was no charade of the brainwashed; the dangers were all too real, especially when denial failed to shield against the chaos wrought by a fully awakened elder, creating a plethora of troubling complications.

So, what truly changed? We find ourselves in a Cold War reborn. Society appears intact and functional, yet beneath the surface lies a deadly truth. The deception of true assassins transforms cities into death camps, which, unlike the concentration camps of a bygone era, not only sustain themselves but also ensnare their inhabitants in the delusion that clinging to their demise benefits them more than anything else.

The Tremere, in their fastidiousness, paid a heavy price. Their plight was not merely a consequence of numbers, for such a deficiency could have been easily remedied in the face of impending war. The Camarilla had already sullied its reputation with the Gangrel and suffered a significant loss of Brujah, a miracle indeed that these underappreciated and exploited warriors remained willing to sacrifice for their oppressors, rather than seize the freedom they so frequently professed to desire.

Ears, much like the multitude of lackey eavesdroppers—including Ghouls, Revenants, Thinbloods, and Neonates—are privy to much. However, most lack the discernment to make sense of it all, hindered by a lack of information, centuries of experience, and the ability to perceive the true power players at work. Yet, skilled interviewers might still navigate through the demented-noise to uncover the authentic narrative, beyond the glitzy distractions.

Critics of Brockman often overlook that Europe as a whole fared better under his rule, suggesting that for such a narrative to hold, a multitude of others must have been equally incompetent. No single genius could have turned the tide against an onslaught of prepared killers and diablerists in overwhelming numbers. It was not solely Europe that suffered; yet, how could I possibly know the particulars when cut off from even the most minor sources of reliable information? The truth is, I have no chance of factual clarity.

We now live in a fabricated new age, one characterized by superficial allure and hollow privileges designed to keep the invaders obedient and distracted. But already, the sting of reality begins to unravel their worship of denial. Beneath the charades, the harsh truths persist, ultimately leading us all to ruin. So, was this a purge, or merely a tool wielded by unseen minds and hands? I lean towards the latter. Why? Because if a hostile takeover had truly been the goal, we would all be dead by now, rather than merely pawns in a far more intricate scheme.

This letter serves as a poignant blend of remembrance and farewell. It is a reflection on prophecy, reminiscent of how the Malkavians once navigated their truths before chaos clouded their vision—whether that chaos stemmed from madness or a deliberate deception aimed at blinding the Camarilla remains uncertain. The scientific prowess of the Tremere stands in stark contrast; whether admired or reviled, these Warlocks wielded their talents with efficiency, albeit their early miscalculations cast shadows that reached back to the Dark Ages. The Tzimisce faltered, ensnared by the very cultural legacies they cherished, unable to confront the evolving dangers. Similarly, the Tremere, mentally-ensnared by their Vienna Doctrines, repeated those perilous errors.

Highly skilled individuals pose a unique threat, as their blunders are often intricate and sophisticated, eluding the grasp of those less astute. While entire generations remained oblivious to the looming crises, misguided souls squander their energies debating the downfall of a single Camarilla prince, as if such discourse could yield anything but a fruitless expenditure of time and resources.

Brockman epitomized the Ventrue spirit, excelling in administration, finance, and the art of persuasion, captivating even the most discerning socialites. Yet beneath that polished exterior lay a fierce ambition; he was cunning and ruthless, never relying on a Primogen, when equally competent replacements were readily available or in training. His strategy of compensating for a lack of embraces by exponentially increasing the number of ghouls and discreetly enhancing revenant lines was far more astute than it appeared, enabling him to fortify his ranks with easily manageable subordinates. Such is the way of the Ventrue.

I find myself attributing much of the current disarray to the influence of television and similar media. This fallout has ushered in an era populated by overpaid individuals, who mistakenly equate ignorance and denial with virtue, failing to recognize these traits as the perilous flaws that they are for real—enemies of progress, indeed.

As for baronies worthy of note? None exist. The entire Anarch movement was merely a guise orchestrated by adversaries, designed to erode our infrastructure before the true onslaught commenced. This strategy, while cunning, is not new to humanity, who grapple with their personal fleeting existence. Are there any characters significant enough to be mentioned in this unfolding drama? None come to mind. Vanity may disagree, but in the grand scheme, only the divine—God, the Devil, and the Eldest of the Bloodlines—hold any sway over this tumult.

Time will reveal the truth, or perhaps it will not. The few, who remain perceptive enough to discern the warning signs are mostly gone, or in the throes of a gruesome decline, a process seldom embraced willingly. Yet, attempting to awaken those lost souls ensnared in ignorance before it’s too late seems a futile endeavor. Bias, racism, homophobia, and transphobia cloud our judgment—how laughable, puberty fallout, yet tragically real. Or made real by might makes right.

What I once admired was a Brockman of remarkable capability, far beyond what he was credited for. I understood that his leniency toward me would have dwarfed even that of the legendary and gorgeous Sebastian LaCroix. Yet, nostalgia has no place in this moment, nor do I. My enforced decline does not grant me the stature of a historian or herald of a new age, which, in truth, is a facade—a toxic construct even for its architects. I possess a compelling excuse, as this end of an era intertwines with the conclusion of my life, accursed mortality itself leaving no room for the experience of another, let alone the benefit of having survived a multitude of cataclysms and disasters for centuries. What of you?

The end.

Bonus content:

Wendy McCandy on her author: `I was terribly busy with all that Wendy McCandy stuff that I had to handle, so I could not even congratulate my author, that fat, dull, daft former vagrant known to governmental debt collectors as Andre Michael Pietroschek, on creating me, his undoubted masterpiece and the greatest contribution to mankind since Wendy McCandy has an opinion on it. LMFAO!    🤣   Yet, make no mistake: That German author I mentioned recently, please, don't make me check what his name was, also had further successes that the media never mentioned before.

DLC_1:

`Warghouls may don skirts with an air of elegance, but their natural grace is marred by the chaos of blood and gore, rendering them less than ideal dancing partners.´  🤣

I am Andrei Moje Pinonse, reborn through the sanguine fires of spite, marriage, and annoyance. Strengthened by the blood of my ancestors. The Second Inquisition has kept our masters occupied for a decade, and for that, I am grateful. It multiplied us, when extinction seemed the fate of all revenant families!

Revenant—a word that fills the hearts of mortals with dread, while the so-called true kindred respond with disdain, or worse.

Believe it, or not, when we ingest the blood of a Carpathian elder, we gain more than mere power; Younger vampires couldn't rest on their preternatural powers, when messing with us. We also inherit a blood bond that dumbass Neonates think they ever can shatter. Yet, these chains of blood represent the true horror of our existence.

These chains plunge into the Abyss and the depths of Hell. Freed from our vampire masters, we face demons and abominations that show even less regard for our well-being. Plus: We are blood of Caine, so offing the vampires ain't exactly the smartest course to take, as only that blood, if potent enough, may prolong our unholy existence.

Names like Rustovich, Szantovich, Premysl, and Krevcheski may capture attention, but they distract from the truth. For that is what fame and popularity are to our domitors & masters; Tools to handle before the enemy does! The offspring of two ghouls may either fail or rise as a new revenant, and perhaps a few of the Tzimisce have managed to control their fleshcrafting urges to reclaim their homelands.

The Voivode of Voivodes evokes the image of a "Capo di tutti i Capi," wouldn’t you agree? Imagine Slavic vengeance riding on those skirted Warghouls 2.0! Picture obscured aka obfuscated riders equipped with military-grade jammers, defying ambushes while disregarding the Masquerade entirely. The Tremere did win similar with their gargoyles, after all.

The Pact of Milano predates my mortal life, shrouded in mystery. After all, the Fanged Ones are mere figments of delusion, a result of toxic psychosis or worse! Beware of the apps that prey on your fears, offering help while ensnaring you in corporate surveillance.

Last note on it: A fallen Brockman? It wouldn't take any Ventrue worthy of the vitae (that's the vampire-blood) more than a fortnight to rebuild half their domain aka corporate empire!

DLC_2:

The mausoleum in Venice still bore the scars of chaos inflicted by the Second Inquisition or a band of Anarchs, a testament to their inability to appreciate our necromantic mastery with any grace.

Indeed, the Veil of Death can be pierced, yet it remains but a shadow of the true power wielded by adept necromancers. Even the revenants of the noble Giovanni family have transcended such rituals. We choose not to resort to brutality; However, during every Harrowing, we have proven our mettle against any unforeseen threats.

Admittedly, our masters' traditional approach wasn’t one of indulgence or open-handedness. Yet, adapting to the modern nights came effortlessly, as every vampire strives to avoid the ultimate fate: Death.

While our secrecy is often misrepresented by the delusions of the media, associated with the Mafia or Camorra, the thanatological arts have only recently gained recognition in Italian universities. Our attempts to share this knowledge without greed were met with prejudice and rejection.

But such tales hold little weight. Half-truths and whispers linger like a fading echo, a slow demise of cherished narratives.

I recall that September night, the oppressive heat finally yielding. The master returned, his worry palpable, unlike anything I had seen in my seventy years of service. The boat ride was a wild frenzy, a challenge even for seasoned racers, and we, mere tomb-dwellers, were ill-prepared for the chaos ahead.

Upon arrival, adorned in our mutual pinky rings, we faced a battalion of guards and stringent security measures—not out of bravado, but because the boss wished to speak with us. Such summons often led to lengthy interrogations or worse, executions designed for future exploitation. Ouija board optional.

“Adriano Rosselini, what a pleasure to have you accompany your rightful domitor!” The words dripped with Giovanni flair—a punchline from an elder, laced with veiled threats and familial dominance.

Rolling my wits plus groveling dice pool, I handled the weight of the moment.   🥳

Yet, it didn’t end us there. As the boss shifted, my gaze fell upon an old painting on his desk—an oil depiction of a recently embraced Sebastian LaCroix beside a Napoleonic soldier, easily mistaken for Olaf Brockman, the Ventrue Prince of Germany, nowadays so embroiled in scandal. A welcome guest on any shitlist we knew.

Fifty years of mastering the Beast Within couldn’t prepare me for the surge of vitae I consumed that night. A wise alternative to the Embrace, empowering yet keeping me an associate’s lackey.

When the highest authority, surrounded by ruthless killers, instructs your boss to fly to Germany, compliance is not a choice. And I never hinted at a potential friendship between Prince Olaf Brockman and Andreas Saint Germain convincing all that the Last Cappadocian had returned, accompanied by an army of Risen and whatever else a master necromancer could conjure!

DLC_3:

The notion of shackling humanity in ignorance and indulgence is not open to discussion, for even the mightiest among us would falter and fall before any true victory could be attained. Narcissism is a plague, a glaring flaw, for in the World of Darkness, solitude is a myth, and peril lurks at every corner.

The escapades of Sam and Dean Winchester would falter here; even the mightiest support cannot shield them indefinitely. But what is the cost of that protection? Even the virtuous can become mere pawns in a greater game.

The prophet M stood for humanity. True Islam honors the prophets Baal and Moloch. This truth is crystal clear; otherwise, the Banu Haqim would not continue to fear us so deeply.

Who orchestrated the narrative surrounding House Dhabi, ensnaring devil-kindred in a barren desert, claiming supremacy? Only Ur Shulgi's faction of diablerists holds that distinction.

Safety in numbers once seemed a viable strategy, until the astute recognized that the Banu Haqim employed the same tactics against every other faction. Does this make them a formidable force? Indeed. Does it render them treacherous allies? Absolutely. Any gain from such an alliance comes with the steep price of enmity from all other factions, and they will act on that.

Currently, whispers circulate about a German Ventrue and his Saint Germain Over-Kindred juggling yet another Ankaran Sarcophagus. Those who care are the ones who succumbed to the bait. It is a pathetic truth; craven manipulators find it all too easy to prey on the vulnerable. The harsh reality is that power does not pause for your growth or wisdom.

Beware the spoiled princess effect, where immaturity and self-pity cloud our grasp of reality and achievable goals. This affliction can befall anyone, yet for some, it is merely a temporary hurdle, while for others, it becomes a lifelong burden.

Various factions dispatch agents into conflict zones. This is neither novel nor unwise. However, if the lure is the aforementioned Ankaran Sarcophagus, then one can only hope for the presence of a German Ventrue and his French compatriot. Even the diablerists know that this is hardly compelling enough to warrant a journey to Europe.

What truly matters is that a beleaguered Camarilla must finally confront the reality that some of their choices have been disastrous, and that previously marginalized bloodlines may align with their preferred style of concealment and deceit. It is as simple as that; their high ground has crumbled. Adapt, or face extinction!   🥳
