Memory Of A Dream

Laid down in my bed last night
Drifted off into a dream
A dream of beauty and delight
And love, flowing like a stream

I lost myself in this strange world
A world, not caring 'bout time
And all the beauty, that before me unfurled
Was embedded in the spirit of mine

As I woke up at the new days dawn
And blinked into the brightening sun
I saw it's rays softly touch the lawn
And insects on their busy run

All of this reminded me
Of the beauty I had seen
In my spiritual place-to-be T
