Robert Michael Lambert

Romance

Inspired by Apocalyptica - Romance

Dancing in the hall
Where we met first
I´m taking your hands
Which are soft but cold
Your lips red as blood
Whispering soft tones
Of lust und romance to me

Chorus:
Do you remember the moment
When we loved each other
As we danced
To the song of sweet desire

One two step
We used to dance together
While the Celli played softly and sweet
In rough tones we moved closer
Skin on skin
Driven by our lust
We danced the whole night

Chorus:...

Fifty years now past by
You´re not here anymore
Standing in the same hall
I still hear the music
Closing my eyes
I see you right in front of me
So we start to dance again
This dance of sweet desire
