Anna Jansen

Sound Of Life

Silent water ‘s
running slow
from mountain's top to ground.
It carries leafs
and leaves so
a most distinctive sound.

A sound of life,
of life-to-be,
of all it might become.
A sound of stone,
a sound of sea,
this life is all and one.

So hope till end
this sound does stay
ne’er ceases to exist.
For should it ever
fade away,
all life will fade to myst.
