Conny Kirsten

nights

nights are longer now
moon is fading
soon a new day will begin
and i┤ll open my doors
but war isn┤t over
slyly waiting
knows the right moments to come
darkness embraces me
i dive into the current
nothing reaches my hands
and the surface is even
my longing is begging for dawn
soon a new day will begin
and i┤ll open my doors
knowing about other nights to come
